Libraries specializing in gathering books, journal and newspaper articles, auction catalogs, audio-visual and other ephemeral materials relating to Fabergé and the Russian decorative arts of the period include

• The Library of Hillwood Museum and Gardens

The Fabergé Arts Foundation (FAF) headquartered in Washington (DC) and St. Petersburg, Russia, is actively collecting books on the subject of Fabergé and related topics for a proposed Fabergé library at the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg. The library will be part of a new Fabergé museum/research center with three galleries dedicated to the artistry of Carl Fabergé and is scheduled to open in Fall 2008.
